Grats on getting your blog up and running. It is looking great! I do remember meeting with you and wanted to take the time here to thank you for your glowing review of our atmosphere and and products.
I’m so glad we had the opportunity to renew your faith in Carne Adovada as a scrumptious dish! I’m also pleased that you and Anna enjoyed the Atole-Pinon Hotcake, which, has been my personal favorite since first trying Tecolote back when I met Katie, my now lovely spouse.
Thank you also for mentioning the expansion. Things are still moving forward with plenty of details still to be buttoned up. We are remaining very excited about the project.

You and Anna take care and keep on having fun! Hopefully, the next time you visit Santa Fe, we’ll have the opportunity to meet and chat more about our respective adventures.
